As people walk by on the beach.
And clouds cruise through the sky.
As sand glistens in the sun, and kids play and have fun.
I wonder what heaven can deny.
As dolphins leap in the distance.
And the surf crashes ashore.
As the waves roll in just to start again.
I wonder what heaven has in store.
With only a glimpse of Heaven, to imagine what I would see.
The endless wonders and majesty, that now I can’t perceive.

With my hopes and fears of life and death, forever and eternally changed.
As islands fade on the horizon.
As the sun sets in the sea.
As ships sail by, and gulls soar and cry.
I wonder what heaven could be.
As moonbeams dance on the ocean.
And towns glitter on nearby hills.

The sights befell God’s hand.
